Miss Monday- Rainbow Counting Sheep

Miss Monday with some more Counting Sheep before Sale-a-bration comes to an end. An Australia Stampin' UP! Demonstrator (Mandy Witherby) shared this card design and I knew I had to recreate (with a twist) and share with you!  I used the Sale-a-bration Counting Sheep stamp set (which you can get for FREE with a $50 order until September 30th) and the Counting Sheep Dies!

Just look at these fun, rainbow colored sheep! They just crack me up and almost look like cotton candy to me! Mandy had used the Rainbow Glitter paper for her background for the sheep but I used ink and a blending brush for one and the other just embossed paper.

Of course for Miss Monday I wanted this to be a Birthday card and have stamped the "so glad it is your Birthday" in the inside.

Embossed Paper

For the embossing paper look I used the 4 colors and cut them to 1 3/8 x 4. Then I glued that onto a 4 x 5 1/4 piece of Basic White. Lastly I embossed it with the Painted Texture 3D Embossing Folder.

For the fence I used the new Silver Foil paper that comes with 3 different shades of silver. I used the darker shade on the card below.
Blending Brush & Ink

For the background for this card I used the Blending Brush and the ink pads in the same colors that were used for the sheep: Highland Heather, Balmy Blue, Pool Party and Granny Apple Green.

Make this card and send it to someone who loves a fun, colorful card. Pick which background you like best and give it a try!  Order all the supplies from my online store and follow my steps below to help you create your own Rainbow Sheep.
