Merry Monday- Paper Pumpkin's Ho Ho Ho October Kit

Merry Monday with Paper Pumpkin Kit Ho Ho Ho from October!

This may be one of my favorite Christmas Kits from Paper Pumpkin yet!!! If you are a Paper Pumpkin subscriber you can even order the refills of this kit by clicking here.

This card is amazing as it created a night scene and uses the die cuts with the stamps for the saying.

I loved the die cut background piece for this card. It adds so much to the card and has perfect layering.

This Santa Joy just makes me smile! How clever is that! You could also use the negative from the die to create more "joyful" cards!

Here is your bonus card that I submit the FULL tutorial for the Beyond the Box group. You can get this tutorial and others for FREE to your inbox when you subscribe to Paper Pumpkin.
Subscribe for November's Kit by November 10th and use this link below to get you on my "nice" list.

As a Paper Pumpkin subscriber you can also order these North Pole Sacks for just $4!
These sacks match October and November's Paper Pumpkin Kits and are food safe!!!

Merry Monday- Very Best Occasions

With only 2 months until Christmas, I'm  sharing each Monday a "Merry Monday" card and giving Miss Monday a break (no worries she will be back in January).

My first Merry Monday card was made for a recent swap using the Very Best Occasions stamp set and Spruced Up Outline Dies.
The Very Best Occasion Stamp set is only $25 and comes with 12 great sayings! Grab it now and use it all year round!

However, I couldn't decide which bow I liked better. Baker's Twine or Paper Bow??

For the swap I went with the Paper Bow A) because I already had them punched out from Stamp Camp leftovers and B) they were super fast and easy!

Be sure to stamp the inside of your Christmas cards. This just may be my favorite saying from this set "With a little more Sparkle and a little less stress, let's make this Christmas the very best."

Holiday Fun Fold Stamp Camp

On October 22nd I held my Holiday Fun Fold Stamp Camp Online! Here we made 10 cards, 2 of each design using the Very Best Occasion Stamp Set.

I use an assortment of Dies and Punches. Below each creation you can see the name of the main product used and a full supply list at the very bottom.

 Halloween According Fun Fold

Celebrate Everything Designer Series Paper (FREE with a $150-$180 order)

Oh Christmas Tree

Christmas Ornament

I used the Wintry 3D Embossing Folder to emboss just the top of the Basic White.

Endlessly Grateful Tri Pocket Fold

This one was one of the hardest to make. Just because you have to get the score lines just right in order from it to match up. But this one forms a pocket that is perfect for a gift card or other embellishments.

I do love the shapes that are formed from this card and love the use of DSP for it.

Puppy Love

This card I left blank, but it would make the perfect Valentine's Day card or Birthday Card to your favorite furry loving friend!

I have videos for all of these Fun Folds over on YouTube. I just used all different supplies. You can visit my channel by clicking https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCuCQnHoXi4yMns0dffJpPKQ

Kit Details

In the kit comes so much more than just supplies to make the cards but with gifts.

They got a 2 of each DSP design from the Celebrate Everything, the Fine Sparkle Gems, and Snowfall Accent Puff Paint.

Each card design is put into it's own clear bag with all the pieces you need to put that card together.

Then I wrap it all up and send it in the mail.

Gifts

I made this cute Tag Topper by measuring the length of the bag and cutting that by 3 inches. Score in the middle and staple over the bag. Cover the staple mark with the cute Oval label.

This was a Tic Tac wrapper with the rainbow paper and cloud punch.

I used the Hearts Punch for this one and everyone got a "stress" ball to squeeze because the Holidays can be stressful at times.

We played games, had card swaps, even door prizes and Grand Prize winners! My next Stamp Camp will be in January and I would LOVE for you to come! To get more details for that event and get my 12 Days of Christmas Tutorials for FREE just sign up for my newsletter.

Fun Fold Friday-Scary Cute Halloween Card

Halloween is just around the corner! Have you made your cards yet? This is my last Halloween card I'll make for the season and hope you just love all of the extra details on it that make it great!!! This card was 100% inspired by Tarabeth Stamps.  I just changed up the colors I used and added some more embellishments.

I used the Scary Cute Bundle (stamp set and dies) to make this card. I just love how the image on the bottom is like the peek-a-boo to the inside of the card as well. You can make this layout of a fun fold with almost any set. I just measured the stamped image I wanted to use and subtracted that from the front of the cardbase. For this one it was 1 1/4 off the cardbase.

Be sure to stamp the inside center for a bonus message!
You can make this card too when you order all your supplies from my online store!

  4. Die cut the Mango Melody in the second smallest circle from the Stylish Shapes. Stamp on it with Starry Sky the saying.

·       Crumb Cake Card Stock:  1-3/4” x 4”, scrap for leaves

·       Daffodil Delight Card Stock:  Scrap for leaves

·       Ribbon:  12”

Instructions:

1.     Fold a 5-1/2” x 8-1/2” piece of Soft Suede CS in half to create a card base.  Glue a 4” x 5-1/4” piece of Very Vanilla CS to the back inside of the card base.

2.     Die-cut and punch a variety of leaf shapes using Crumb Cake, Old Olive, Daffodil Delight, and Pumpkin Pie CS.  Randomly glue the leaf shapes to a                      3-13/16” x 5-1/16” piece of Very Vanilla CS with Multipurpose Liquid Glue; allow to dry completely.  Using the large fern die-cut, add texture to the front of the card stock piece by dry embossing in several locations.  The “sandwich” for dry embossing using a die-cut is: Plate #1, plate #2, card stock piece facing upwards, die-cut facing down, Silicone Craft Sheet, and plate #4.  Glue the embossed card to the center of the 4” x 5-1/4” piece of Pumpkin Pie CS.  Mount to the center front of the card base.

3.     Die-cut “thanks” from a piece of Soft Suede CS and a shadow “thanks from a piece of Very Vanilla CS.  Glue the die-cuts together with Multipurpose Liquid Glue.  Mount to the center top of a 1-3/4” x 4” piece of Crumb Cake CS.  Wrap a piece of ribbon around the card stock below the thanks die-cuts and tie a knot; trim ribbon ends.  Glue the card stock piece to the card front slightly above center.

4.     Randomly add Gold sequins to the card front.

5.     Add a couple of die-cut leaves to the bottom right corner of the Very Vanilla CS piece on the inside of the card.
